Please read before completing the Membership Application form.

NOTE: Adults must complete separate Membership Applications and RELEASE OF LIABILITY forms.

Annual Dues:

• $30 for adults (ages 18+)
• $10 per child (ages 8-17) in the same household as the adult

After completing this form, you will be taken to a payment page where you can pay your dues.  Your membership status will not be complete until your payment has been received.
