Membership
Membership is open to anyone interested in gems, minerals, fossils, rocks, or any aspect of earth sciences or lapidary arts.
Members are asked to volunteer 8 hours of their time per membership year for club activities, such as:
- positions to help run our annual gem and mineral show
- positions to help run occasional sidewalk sales
- participation in our annual workshop clean up days
- positions to help run other club operations as needed
Annual Dues:
- $30 for adults aged 18+
- 10 for children aged 8-17 (membership of adult in the same household required)
How to become a member:
You may apply online, in-person, or by mail.
- To apply online, fill out our Online Membership Application and pay online.
- To apply in person, download our Membership Application; print, fill out, and bring your completed application and payment to our Club Workshop during Workshop hours or to one of our monthly General Meetings.
- To apply via mail, download our Membership Application; print, fill out, and return it with a check payable to Palomar Gem & Mineral Club to the address below. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive your membership card and information.
